10th November 2019: Arrival in Calpe, Spain
You will fly into Alicante or Murcia airport. We will transfer you to your hotel in Calpe where you will have an easy walk to the town and the beach. Take a dip in the pool. If you arrive early enough we will introduce you to your motorcycle at the Galetamar hotel. You can take a short ride to familiarise yourself with the bike. Or just enjoy the delights of Calpe.
11th November 2019: Calpe to Valencia (100 miles)
Take the scenic route to Valencia stopping at points along the route. See the region where the rice used in traditional Paella is grown
12th November 2019: Valencia to Cuenca (185miles)
It’s an early start for a long day to Cuenca, your next overnight stop
Pass through the Jucar Canyon on your way.
13th November 2019: Cuenca to Camarena de la Sierra (85 miles)
A great sight-seeing day. Spend some time at the birth of a River at Nacimiento del rio Cuervo and move on to the Enchanted City to see the mushroom rocks at Ciudad Encantado
14th November 2019: Camarena de la Sierra to Calpe (185 miles)
Take the rural roads to Pucol and then the highway to Calpe. The descent from the mountain is exhilarating. The cruise on the highway will be a light finish to the day
15th November 2019: Rest day in Calpe
Take some time by the pool. Or take the bike to explore the local region. Ask for ideas or just trust your Tripy.. Visit local attractions like Albufera or the market at Gata de Gorgos
16th November 2019: Travel to Cheste for Practice Day
The Circuito de la Comunitat Valenciana was completed in 1999. MotoGP events are held on a 4km track comprising of five right handed corners, eight left handers and a 650m straight.
17th November 2019: Valencia Moto GP Race Day
The stadium style grandstands can seat up to 150,000 spectators. The circuit layout, which allows all parts of the circuit to be seen from any stand, helps to create a unique atmosphere. As the last race of the season there is always a party feeling to the Grand Prix. It’s 140km/88miles to the circuit. You can choose to ride and experience the unique experience of tens of thousands of bikers converging on the circuit, or we can transport you on the bus – just let us know.
18th November 2019: Depart Alicante
